As a membership only practice, we believe we can tailor your pet’s preventative healthcare needs in accordance with their lifestyle and surroundings. This includes vaccinations and parasite prevention amongst others. The good news… this is included in all our membership plans.
As a member your pet will also receive regular health checks every six months with one of our veterinary surgeons, who you begin to form a professional relationship with, built on trust.

Vaccines
We offer a range of vaccinations for dogs, cats and rabbits. We will always discuss the lifestyle, age and health of your pet first and advise on the most appropriate vaccinations from there. We always provide a full head to tail examination prior to any vaccination to ensure your pet is fit and well before receiving it.
Parasite Prevention
We tailor your pet’s parasite needs depending on their environment and lifestyle. If you have a dog that is always eating slugs, or a cat that doesn’t go outside, we will help advise you on the most appropriate prevention to suit their needs. Our vets and nurses love helping make a treatment plan that is tailored and appropriate for your pet.
Appointments
We always have same day appointments available for urgent worries and concerns. Our team work diligently and efficiently to provide you with advice and support when you need it. You will also receive a discount on veterinary consultations and unlimited nurse consultations.
Continuity
Our consistent and friendly faces will always aim to keep you with the same vet or nurse that you usually see so you can form a trusted bond and tailor the advice to your pet’s care.
24/7 vet care
The membership includes out-of-hours video triaging through Vidivet so you always have a vet you can contact if our team are resting. We will always check in with you the following day if you have used this service to check in and offer an appointment if needed.
Home delivery
We tailor your pet’s parasite prevention to their risk factors and deliver these direct to your door.
